Ancient + Modern Stonework Services is a Somerset based business with over 20 years experience working predominently in the conservation and renovation of listed buildings. Our passion is working with traditional lime mortars and delivering workmanship to the highest standard possible. Much of our schedule is generally involved in lime re-pointing, structural repairs and alterations plus new-build of boundary walls and extensions.

We can undertake most other aspects of property repair and improvement including chimneys, roofs, gutters, drains, and landscaping. Whilst our projects are mostly private residential, we have also worked with organisations such as English Heritage, S.P.A.B. (society for the preservation of ancient buildings ) and the Landmark Trust.
